Detailo requires access to water and electricity for all car detailing services. Failure to provide access may result in a $40 cancellation fee. Please contact us at 021 163 0033 if you lack either resource.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a $40 cancellation fee.
By accepting our services, you grant Detailo access to your vehicle during the detail job and any agreed-upon additional times. Authorization is provided for the operation and movement of the vehicle as deemed necessary by our Detailo technician.
All detail jobs have specified time limits, with additional time provided for add-ons. Timekeeping is at the discretion of the assigned Detailo technician.
While Detailo strives for satisfaction, no services guarantee a complete restoration of the vehicle. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
Detailo and its contractors are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Clients agree not to hold Detailo liable for pre-existing damages. Detailo’s liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job.
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as the “Total Cost.” The term of service is for the time reserved by us to complete the requested job. Extra time fees may apply if the job takes significantly longer than expected.
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback. Detailo reserves the right to use pictures of the vehicle for marketing purposes with no personal information displayed.
Detailo may terminate maintenance plans or services with clients at its discretion, citing instances such as direct employee interaction, rudeness, or other reasons deemed worthy of service termination.
Detailo reserves the right to modify this statement at any time without a commitment to update the materials.
Detailo provides three distinct detailing options for various car sizes. Prices and package contents may change, with updates reflected on Detailo’s website.
Bookings are charged upfront online. Any extra work requested or agreed upon must be paid by cash or through online bank transfer upon service completion. If you pay by bank transfer a screenshot of the successful payment should be sent to the detailer’s cellphone onsite.
Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicles before detailing. Detailo is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Debit/credit card details may be required to secure a booking. Detailo reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for work outside the booking boundaries or jobs involving hazardous materials.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the due date. Inside the 48 hours, a $40 fee is charged.
If there’s a clear cause for dissatisfaction, Detailo will redo the unsatisfactory part of the service free of charge if claims are filed within 24 hours.
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, technicians may arrive late. A 30-90 minute arrival window is advised.
Detailo may offer a referral program, but credits and coupons cannot be combined. Violations of the referral policy may result in the cancellation of credits.
