Detailo provides three distinct detailing options for various car sizes. Prices and package contents may change, with updates reflected on Detailo’s website.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon service completion, and Detailo accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. In case of a card decline, Detailo will initiate a collection process 48 hours after the credit card refusal.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicles before detailing. Detailo is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Debit/credit card details may be required to secure a booking. Detailo reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for work outside the booking boundaries or jobs involving hazardous materials.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the due date. Inside the 48-hour period, a $40 fee is charged.

Satisfaction Policy

If there’s a clear cause for dissatisfaction, Detailo will redo the unsatisfactory part of the service free of charge if claims are filed within 24 hours.

Appointment Time

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, technicians may arrive late. A 30-90 minute arrival window is advised.

Coupon & Referral Policy

Detailo may offer a referral program, but credits and coupons cannot be combined. Violations of the referral policy may result in the cancellation of credits.

2. Use License Permission is granted to download materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing. Users may not modify, copy, or use materials for any commercial purpose.

4. Limitations Detailo and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from the use of materials on the website.

5. Revisions and Errata Detailo may make changes to materials without notice and is not obligated to update them.

6. Links Detailo is not responsible for the contents of linked sites, and users access them at their own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications Detailo may revise these terms without notice.

8. Governing Law Any claim relating to the Detailo website shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
